A set of masculine cards

I thought I should make a set of masculine cards.  It's nice to have a few blank cards around if you need one right away.  I don't make alot of cards for guys, but I really liked the way these turned out.

I love using plaids for men's cards.  But I guess anything goes.  I took a picture of my husband's golf shoes and made a really cute card out of it.  Have a great day!

Fun wedding card with wooden birds from studiocalico

I made this cute wedding card for the son of one of my best friends.  I think it turned out great.  The little wooded birds on the inside came from the monthly kit that comes from studio calico.  I just love them.  Enjoy the card.  It could be used for alot of difference occaisions.

Halloween Card for Card Swap

Hi,
I have been very busy since coming back from vacation.  My youngest is back safe and sound in Ireland and I am getting back into the old routine.  I just finished and mailed out yesterday 10 Halloween cards for the Bazzill card swap.  It was really fun making the cards with envelopes to match.

Have a great day!  I will be posting some great pictures to use for cards tomorrow!

Thursday, August 16, 2012

It has certainly been a busy week so far.  The days are just flying by.  My youngest son who lives in Ireland came home Tuesday evening so we have been very busy.  I have been trying to make sets of cards when I make a card I like.  This makes it easy to give as gifts, too.  This set of cards I am going to post today I made in honor of a dear friend of mine, Jeanne Bice, who past away a year ago last June.  She was a very optimistic soul and loved life.  She believed everyone should find their "happy".

I hope everyone enjoys these cards as much as I enjoyed making them.  Have a great day!!
